Counseling & Consulting

Therapy is a positive and proactive way to support your child and deepen your understanding of their needs; it is a powerful step toward fostering growth and building a stronger, more connected relationship.

I believe in the transformative power of therapy.

My mission is to empower tweens, teens, young adults, and their loved ones to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.

Through accessible and compassionate virtual therapy, I foster meaningful relationship-building and create a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels safe, seen, and heard. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and family dynamics, helping everyone grow stronger together while unlocking their full potential for a brighter, more connected future.

If you want to understand your child better or help them find the support they need, reaching out for therapy is the first step.

  • Therapist, Founder & CEO

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with more than 14 years of experience. I'm qualified to work in Missouri and Illinois. I hold a master’s degree in counseling and an MBA. I've also received additional training in trauma therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supporting neurodiverse individuals, addiction counseling, and mentoring new counselors.

I've helped young adults, teens, pre-teens, and their parents or caregivers deal with issues like addiction, parenting challenges, motivation, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, communication, and identity. I understand that life can be tough, and I strive to create a welcoming and safe space where you can share your thoughts, feel understood, and make positive changes.

My clients often look for a therapist who brings warmth, humor, and practical solutions in a safe and welcoming environment. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel acknowledged and heard. I focus on your strengths and practical solutions, while also using effective methods based on research. I consider how our minds and bodies work together to help explain behaviors and encourage meaningful change. Sometimes, I provide activities and resources for you to work on between our sessions to support your growth. I aim to be straightforward yet caring, giving you practical advice and tools to help you feel better quickly.

I’m here to meet you wherever you are and to provide the support you need to manage stress, find balance, and regain your confidence and energy so you can thrive. You deserve to feel better, and I'm here to help you get there!

Therapy isn’t about someone telling you how to live your life. Instead, it’s about working together to uncover the life you want to live.
